We are willing to travel up to an hour outside of Atlanta.
For large projects (meaning over one day) we are willing to possibly travel further. This is dealt with on a case by case basis. -
Getting started is simple. Reach out and request a project by filling our job request form, or clicking here.
We do not accept projects until they have submitted a request form.
We often times book out anywhere from 1-4 weeks. We do not provide emergency services at this time. If you are concerned about the timing of your project, please email us and let us know the project outline and your desired timing and we will confirm if we can meet that timeline. -
We will confirm our in-person consults with you and also text once we are on our way to keep you informed.
For our projects, you appointment is not confirmed until you have paid your deposit. We also confirm your project date via text and confirm when we are on the way. -
Yes, estimates that do not involve actively taking something apart to inspect it (ie: cutting drywall, or removing an area) are free.
-
We charge a flat rate per project. We will always give an estimated time frame and communicate along the way, but this ensures we are able to take our time to properly work through your project.
Here is a website that provides some general costs for regular home repairs here.We charge around $80 an hour per person on average. As those in the service industry, we all have overhead that goes into our hourly/flat rate charges. Equipment/tools, travel, vehicles and their upkeep, training, administrative work, marketing, software, insurance for the homeowner, licensure upkeep, labor during free estimates and the back and forth with clients.
Working in the service industry oftentimes mean a lot of unpaid labor to get paid only while “doing the work”, and not at the same hourly rate a client is charged. This is why hairstylist, tattoo artist, and most service workers charge around $120 an hour. For this reason, we will not provide “discounted rates” or negotiate rates for our services. Those who may offer lower pricing than us are oftentimes people exploiting laborers who receive minimum wage ($7.25/hr) while the owners benefit.
If a specialized company may have manufacturing connections or a way to provide a better pricing that we do not have access to (ie: replacing an entire roof), we are always upfront about this and even provide recommendations when available. -
Yes, we do. This is something only reserved for folks who are not able to cover their necessities and need work done. At this time we are hoping to expand funding (from donations and grants) so that we can expand the scope of services and pay ourselves for work provided. Currently if you receive sliding scale services, we often times provide this by paying ourselves significantly less, or sometimes working for free. We want to support our community, but can only do so for a limited number of people. Please fill out the sliding scale request form linked in our job request form if you are in need of this service.

We do not match estimates, as we do not believe in perpetuating the exploitation of labor in an industry that thrives off doing so. -
For our projects, you appointment is not confirmed until you have paid your deposit. Your deposit will be 25% of your overall project total.
-
Our invoicing system accepts all major credit and debit cards, apple pay, ACH payment, paypal, venmo and Affirm.
If you need us to invoice you in specific increments, we work with folks to ensure you get the services you need while not negatively impacting your ability to pay necessities. -
You can expect to hear from us via email within 24-48 hours Monday through Friday with either a schedule to book an in person consult, questions to clarify what is needed for an estimate, or an estimate.
-
You can reach us anytime via the contact information in our footer. We are often times on job sites, so text is our preferred method of communication.
-
Most often times we will not do remote consultations, as there is a lot you can miss by not being in person. We do not want to quote, inform, or provide support that may not be the best path forward.

T4T Repairs Inc began on 4/20/2026, and at this time we do not have plans to expand outside of Atlanta, GA. If we do expand at some point, we want to ensure we scale in ways that fit the needs of our workers and those we will be in community with. This takes time, and do not want to rush this process.
