About Us
We are a Trans 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to home repair services, founded by tradespeople with over 20 years of experience in construction, repairs, painting, carpentry, design, and nursing.
After years of working within systems where decision-makers were distanced from frontline work and where workers often faced barriers to career advancement and financial gain, we chose to establish a different approach. In light of the ongoing targeted violence and discrimination faced by Transgender individuals, we committed to creating a model by and for Trans folks that emphasizes skill, accountability, community, and respect—for both workers and clients. Thus, T4T Repairs Inc. was born on April 20, 2026.
